File > Settings > Build, Excution, Deployment > Compiler 에서

Build project automatically를 활성화 한다.

이후 File > Settings > Build, Excution, Deployment > Advanced Settings에서

Allow auto-make to start even if developed application is currently running를 활성화면 끝.
